Info / Terms And Agreements.

  1. Unpaid Invoices or Venmo Requests:
    Payment Policy: Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice or Venmo request being sent.
    Content Retention Policy: If payment is not received within 14 days, all project files will be deleted from my system. Final Reminder Email: To avoid any inconvenience, I will send a reminder email two (2) days before the scheduled deletion, giving you one last opportunity to settle the payment and retain access to your content. As a small business owner, I also have bills to pay and depend on timely payments to keep things running smoothly. I completely understand that life happens, and unexpected delays can occur. If you foresee any issues with making a payment, please reach out to me within the 14-day period. I am more than happy to work with you to find a solution. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. I am truly grateful for the opportunity to work with you and appreciate your support!

  2. Digitally Measured Floor Plans: Floor plans are created using digital measuring tools and are designed to be highly accurate. However, please be aware that the floor plans provided are approximately 94% accurate. This level of accuracy means there could be slight differences compared to on-site measurements. By using our floor plans, you agree that these minor discrepancies are acceptable for your intended purposes.

  3. Property Line Illustration Disclaimer: If you select drone photos that include property line illustrations, please note that these lines are not 100% accurate and are only estimates based on publicly available property data. They are digitally created using satellite imagery and approximate angles. The images provided with digital property lines are not an actual survey of the boundary lines and should be treated as general guidance only. When posting these images online, we recommend noting that they are estimations and not a definitive survey. Thank you for your understanding!
    Content Storage Policy: We store all paid content for up to six months from the date of delivery. After that time, the content will be permanently deleted from our system. Please make sure to download and save your files within this period. If you need extended storage, please let us know, and we can discuss additional options.

  4. Body Camera Usage Policy: For safety and possible training purposes, a body camera will be worn during all real estate photography sessions. Recording will begin prior to entering the property and continue for up to 10 minutes after departure. This ensures documentation for safety and training reasons. By scheduling a session, you agree to the use of a body camera as outlined. The footage will only be used for these purposes and will not be shared unless required by law.​

  5. Pricing Policy:

    All pricing is subject to change without prior notice.

  6. Email Response Policy:

    Please note that emails are checked at 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM daily. If I am on location or working on a project, responses may be delayed.

  7. Booking Confirmation:

    I will confirm my availability for your requested date(s) via email. All requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

  8. Advertising Usage Policy:

    All media captured or edited for your project may be used for Pixel Pro Video advertising purposes. However, no addresses will be included in any advertising materials.

  9. Weekend Availability: Saturday: Shooting hours are from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at no additional charge. Sunday: Closed.

  10. Optimal Shooting Conditions:

    For the best results, shoots are ideally scheduled on sunny days without clouds or rain. To ensure the highest quality and best lighting, I typically schedule shoots between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.

  11. Return Visit Policy: If the listing is not ready at the scheduled time and a return visit is required, a comeback fee will apply.
